Cute place, no stairs, fenced in yard for our pup, and easy access to the beach. The provided beach chairs, beach cart and bikes were such a convenience and we saved valuable car space not have to bring those things with us. Check in and check out process was super easy. We would stay here again!

...or so it seemed. The cottage was in great condition -- new appliances, excellent wifi, plenty of towels (including beach towels) and beach equipment. The neighborhood was quiet, and the beach was just across the street.

This was our first time visiting Carolina Beach, and I would definitely stay at this location again. I needed to bring my dog last minute, and was very fortunate this location is dog friendly. We loved having a fenced in yard for her to run and play in. (Unfortunately, we quickly noticed there were some previous messes in the yard not picked up by prior owners.) Beach access is very close and it was awesome that the property includes beach chairs, cooler, toys, etc. There are plenty of beach towels and regular towels as well as in unit laundry. We had an issue with the showers not properly draining the day we arrived. Someone was able to come out and resolve the issue within an hour of me submitting a request. We had no further issues after that. Overall, highly recommend!

The location is great as it’s right across the street from beach access. Also the bikes made it nice to get to and from the boardwalk and pier. Fenced in yard was great for dogs and kids. House needed some small maintenance/upkeep items. That made a few things slightly inconvenient, particularly a mosquito problem in the back bathroom and bedroom. We sent a list of items to property manager so hopefully they will address before next guests. Overall was a great stay and would consider staying here again.
