“A lovely Inn out in the countryside with a great history to it. Friendly and helpful.”

“Ideal location for town centre. Parking very limited but plenty of parking near by. Rooms were clean and tidy with everything you needed. Had to pre order breakfast including drinks when we got there which wasn’t a problem but found it odd that we even had to preorder the drinks! Our room was on top of the lounge are so could clearly hear the music, which again wasn’t a huge issue for us but might have been for some. Overall though, a lovely little B&B perfect for what we wanted. Would stay……

“A bit small room but enough space for what we needed. Clean, easy check in & out, just a little noisy with doors that seem to slam. Would go back though ”

“Had a lovely time staying here. Different from staying in a hotel. Hot drinks offered to us every time we came in. Beautiful big bedroom with a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Clean, tidy, really comfortable bed. Had the best 2 nights sleep I’ve had for ages. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the proprietors are lovely, warm, friendly people. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thank you both x”

“We arrived late, but the hotel sent perfect instructions to get us to our rooms. Nicely appointed room. Only gripe was it was a little cool and the radiators weren’t on to adjust it.would definitely stay again and recommend. ”

“I’d give Melin Tregyb 5* for cleanliness and the room was large and airy with a very comfortable double bed. The owners were very quick to respond to emails but it would be comforting for me, as a solo traveller, to have an hour per day when the owners could be guaranteed to be in the building. ”

“We had a great stay ,the bar / restaurant were very good. The bar was very impressive & the staff very friendly. The room was OK ,if the toilet / shower a little small.”
