"Excellent hotel in every way. The property is located perfectly for both Keswick town centre, access to main roads and walks to Derwent Water. The staff were great, special shout out to Victoria! Service was 5-star. The breakfast is phenomenal, with views looking out over the mountains and hills. Thank you, Fellpack! P.s. make sure you visit both The Round and Fellpack restaurant, which are equally brilliant."

"So cosy and welcoming. Just a 10 minutes walk from station with cases (at 10:30pm) felt very safe and lovely host. Beds were sooo comfy, we all slept like logs. "

"Extremely well run and homely B&B just outside Keswick. The breakfast was a particular highlight - especially the a la carte menu. Small things (like tea & coffee in the room with fresh milk, flapjacks in reception and USB charging sockets) make a big difference. I also appreciated the excellent advice provided by the hosts on hiking routes and where to eat in Keswick. I only stayed for one night but will stay longer next time. "

"This proved to be one of the superior B&Bs we have ever used. Apart from the comfort and cleanliness we discovered two small brownies and two KitKats on the tea tray. Breakfast was delicious - porridge, fresh fruit salad, any cereals, full breakfasts and scrambled eggs with smoked salmon . Very inexpensive."

"We stayed 1 night. Our studio--sitting room, large bathroom, and bedroom--was very spacious with many amenities: coffee/water/materials for eating in. Well appointed--comfortable mattress, beautiful bedding, great bathroom--comfortable couch and small table for eating. Excellent value. More than 1 venue for food--different styles. We only sampled breakfast--the granola parfait was perfect. "

"I had a great stay,I booked the unit a day before my arrival and once booked I received all the check in info immediately, no key was needed all acess is through a keypad system which is nice.The unit was very spacious and cozy,I really liked the kitchen set-up,Carlisle is a wonderful city and fun to explore and the apartment was only a 5 minute walk to the train station."

"Weather was bad for the first few days, but the cottage was lovely and cosy. We stovked up on food and enjoyed some family time. When weather improved we were able to enjoy several locations. It was a lovely qiuet lication perfect for de-sttessing, helped by the ducks."
