"The property is both a a spa frequented by retirees and family vacation spot. It reminded of what a Catskills resort might have been like. The pool was crowded with families and younger couples in the hot wx of July. The dining was excellent; staff were friendly. It is close to two UNESCO World Heritage towns, Baeza and Ubeda. We were only there overnight but had a good impression."

"A palatial room. Centre of Baeza. Walking distance to bus station. Very close to parking station. Large room with gorgeous furniture. Large bathroom. Lashings of hot water. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Good internet. Cons: Rooms are around the dining area so can get noisy at mealtimes and late night celebrations. No window in my room so couldn't check the weather..or to see if it was daylight. Limate control difficult to work."

"The hotel is very good for the price. Small but comfortable rooms, clean bathroom and beds. Good heat. The restaurant was good and inexpensive, the recperionist/waiter was very friendly and informative. The only issue we had was that the room's floor had obviously not been cleaned and in some places was quite dirty as if food had fallen on the floor and it had dried there creating a dirty crust."

"This is not just a hotel; it is a family home that’s been in the family for hundreds of years. It is filled with the families momentos, furniture, pictures and art and provides a wonderful look into the past. The owner is friendly and has many interesting stories. "This hotel is a very beautiful small palace and I can not complaint about how cozy, clean and nice it is. But I just say that the check in was rather strange. The lady that helped us, I believe the owner, asked if we wanted to pay cash as we checked in and we did. We asked for a receipt and she made all kind of excuses not to give us one. At the end, she just wrote down a note stating that we had paid for the room and although we asked for a stamp from the company, just to make it more oficial...
