I would say the number one item was the excellent attention from Rita and From Norma form the Gocce team we had a family Emergency and they went way above any expectation to assist and accommodate us . we have used Expedia for well over a decade. this team Gocce / Norma / Rita the BEST . Our stay august 2022
The place is a nice house but the walk with luggage is tough! Even if you can find a cab right to the street it is a steep hill that takes 5-10 mins that has to be climbed each day to go do something. Make sure you are in good shape if you rent this house. Besides that the house is great and check in process perfect. I had to rent a hotel room as well because my husband was not able nor willing to do the walk in and out each day and night.

Villa surrounded by Peaceful Clam
This villa was perfect for our needs. It is situated on a hill overlooking the sea with rising mountain cliffs to either side. The house was spacious and could be easily opened up to the sea breeze with numerous verandas and beautiful plantings. All of the amenities we needed were available including a washer and drying rack. Rita was exceptionally attentive and offered many recommendations as well as assisting with an appointment for a medical need. The house is within walking distance a Capri village and the beach. The walk into town is a hearty climb but one we adjusted to after a few trips. There is a grocery store close by which delivers. We are already planning a return visit to this peaceful garden property with stunning views…and Rita!

Lovely, lovely spot
Gorgeous house about a 12 minute walk from the bus stop in Capri. Nicely furnished, with gorgeous views and a fabulous patio. My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. One note- the 3rd bedroom is accessed by a separate entrance. That was fine for my family with older kids but I would have been uncomfortable leaving them I. The house if they were younger.

Peaceful and beautiful retreat
A great place to go and escape. Down the hill from the main plaza in town and also a 5 min walk to the beach. Quiet pedestrian street and you feel like you are all alone sitting on the side of the hill. Amazing views of the ocean from every room. Huge porch to enjoy looking at the mountains and ocean. Great place and even better than the pictures. Rita met us in town and walked us there and showed us everything in the home. She checked in on us and even made dinner reservations for us. Island was very quiet in November and I would maybe recommend going during a warmer month when more stores and restaurants are open. Great 2 nights for us to unwind after traveling through Italy for 10 days. One and a half days is perfect to see Capri. Would stay here again for sure!
