“Let me start with the fact that I don’t like Naples. But this hotel is like an island inside the not so inviting city. Used to be a real palace that turned into a luxurious hotel. When you walk to your room you really feel the royal atmosphere. Everything is new, clean and of excellent design, inside and outside the room. And the service is one of the best I’ve seen in many countries. The perfect choice if you ever in Naples. ”

“Lovely when you are inside (around the property leaves a lot to be desired). Stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay. Breakfast had good choice of continental and cooked food - the staff however were not very attentive - in fact didn’t speak to us once. The roof pool was empty - probably a bit too early in the season for it. Felt like a bit of an oasis in the midst of rather dodgy area - convenient for the station though.”

“Enzo was extremely patient and helpful in addressing all our questions relating to transport in the city and our travel to other cities. We were ignorant about the mode of transport to Matera and Alberobelli, which are far away from Napoli and have absolutely nothing to do with his business, and he was so conscientious and sincere in his explication by even printing out train schedules for us to adjust our travel plans. Hia dinner suggestions were also wonderful.”
