"There was no coffee making facility in the room, shower was too small. Swimming pool too deep and had some green mould in the corners. You have to pay for everything even the beach towels and the small water bottles delivered to your tiny room fridge. Because of its isolated location it’s hard to get access to taxis which are very expensive. Not much do do there except the beach, but you pay extras for the deck chairs and umbrellas. "

"Great beach, view, etc... Hotel itself is a bit outdated. Rooms are 4 star quality, service is on and off - some staff are excellent some have no idea what's going on. Have to talk to three people to get an answer to most questions. Nice SPA. Would be fine if they didn't have the prices of a high end 5 star resort while providing a 4 star experience. Lots of kids around."

"Siamo stati ospiti del villaggio più volte, devo dire che quest’anno le aspettative sono state più deludenti. Ad agosto il villaggio è molto affollato e l’attenzione del personale per gli ospiti è piuttosto distratta. Il Pineta che dovrebbe garantire un servizio a 5 stelle ci ha delusi, non c’erano ne accappatoi ne ciabatte in camera in dotazione. Su richiesta (sollecitata due volte) abbiamo ricevuto solo le ciabatte. Neanche un accappatoio in un hotel 5 stelle non si è mai visto. Nemmeno una...

"Magnificent surroundings. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the whole complex. It has a wonderful view and clear rocky beaches. We enjoyed morning breakfast and evening dinners. We had a lovely time. "
