We arrived at this home to find easy push button access, and we didn't have much of a problem with the on street parking. Guests were myself, my daughter and my dog. The back yard had a nice grassy area for him. The home is a quirky old Victorian, and as my daughter and I are used to living in old houses, we found the jigs, jogs, and steps very charming. The pictures and decorating was cozy, with several antiques and old picture frames. The kitchen was well-equipped and clean, except no extra trash bags. The recycling instructions and instructions for the TV were very clear. The apartment was relatively soundproofed, we could hear footsteps occasionally, but no conversation or TVs, which we appreciated, as I was afraid that my dog would bark, but it was quiet, despite having people in the entire house. We appreciate that linens and towels were provided, as many landlords don't provide them any more. The air conditioners and TV worked fine. One of my favorite places was the back porch, totally enclosed, so that my dog could be out there with us, and I could leave the door open at night with the screen hooked, and it was lovely with the ceiling fan on and the air conditioning off. The neighborhood is very pleasant for walks, beach chairs and floats are available, which was nice. Just three suggestions: A table lamp in the living room, so we didn't have to use the overhead light all the time. A thicker curtain in the back bathroom, and repair the outlet under the air conditioner
