First visit to Cape Coral
The condo was a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath unit on the 9th floor. Plenty of space and a great view from the screened lanai. Definitely more of a retirement community. There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. Two pools for the entire community which includes the two 15 floor condo buildings and all the surrounding houses. A bit surprised by the small size of the pools and limited number of lounge chairs. Go early if you want to guaranty a lounger.

The rental process went fine and it was easy to access this property. The view from the 9th floor is wonderful. A quiet condo in the midst of things!

beautiful condo, great location
The condo was clean and spacious and well stocked, and it has a gorgeous view. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and it was fun watching the boats go by. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place for you, there is a lot of activity in Cape Harbour. Already knowing that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
