Great location
We loved the backyard being on the canal. Enjoyed spending time on the dock. Great pool and spa. Close to the stores and short drive to the restaurants at the Marinas/Cape Harbour.

Magical Week
My husband and I spent a week at this Luxury Villa. It is even more gorgeous than the pictures show. Great location on a quiet and clean canal. Convenient to lots of different beaches. Screened in pool and spa were glorious. The kitchen was well stocked and spotless. We only used the master bedroom, but the two other bedrooms were delightful. Very nice to have the guest bath accessible from the pool area. Just a magical week for me and the hubby on a much needed getaway.

Amazing house and pool! I've used VRBO a few times and this was by far, the best home and pool. Immaculately clean, gorgeous rooms, well stocked and an incredibly warm pool and spa. Loved everything about this property!

Super luxurious house
We spent a week as family with two teenage boys in this house. We enjoyed it very much. It is more spacious than it looks on the photos. And it is extremly well equipped especially if you plan to spend some time on the beaches. A great house to stay at in Cape Coral.

Great home!
My husband and I and our two kids stayed here for 9 nights during the month of August. Yes, it was hot, but the pool was so lovely. Great home, very clean, comfortable, and functional. We had everything we needed. The property manager was very nice and easy to work with.

Perfect for a family get away
We loved staying here, the house is great and had everything we needed. The house is beautiful and spacious, and the outdoor pool and dining area was perfect, we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the warm weather and the sun. The dock was great for a spot of fishing but also evening reading. It took a lot of effort to keep out of the pool (we spent a lot of time in the pool) and the villa is situated close to a supermarket and a great Italian bakery.

Very relaxing
The property is beautiful and has everything needed for a great stay. We enjoyed the view, pool and hot tub. We brought our boat and it has a nice dock to tie up too. We were not prepared for the 40 minute boat ride at idle speed ( no wake zones for manatees) to get to open water although It was a very scenic route :)

Home away from home..........
My sister and I look forward every year to being together in Cape Coral, and this year we selected this wonderful home as our home base. The house is exactly as described in the VRBO website, and all that I can add is our immediate sense of cozy, homey comfort there. The decor conveys a tasteful sense of welcoming and security, without clutter. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The canal offers calm water and open sky views. It was everything we had hoped for and we look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful trip!
I've never stayed at a VRBO property that was so well equipped! We brought beach chairs and extra cleaning equipment and could have saved the space in the car! The pool and lanai was absolutely wonderful and the kitchen well stocked with eveeything you could possibly need. If we had any complaint it would be that the mattresses were very firm but that did not put a dent in the experience. We had a magnificient trip!

We were very impressed by this beautiful house. It was exactly as described in the listing, and in the photos. The house was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well, equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the outside pool area, where we spent a lot of time. The pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed the pool floats and the entire lanai area. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation at this property and would highly recommend it

Great place to stay and good location
The home is as advertised and pictured. It’s comfortable and well laid out inside and out. Clean and well appointed. Besides food it is equipped with everything else you could possibly need. We spent time relaxing outside by and in the pool every day from dawn til dusk but it’s also close to many locations for afternoon trips exploring. We visited Punta Gorda and Naples as well as an evening sunset and dolphin cruise right in Cape Coral. The property manager Jill does a great job communicating. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!

Simply a wonderful Place to be
We were already the 2nd time in this wonderful house. It simply has everything you need to feel absolutely at home. Special praise goes to Jill. We had reported the failure of the air conditioning to Jill in the evening. Already the next morning the craftsman was there and installed a new air conditioner. That is top service. In addition, and a daily rate was immediately refunded. That is not a service that can be taken for granted. Thank you very much again for that.

Beautiful property in a great location
We had a fantastic experience during our stay at this Cape Coral property. The house was impeccably furnished, providing both comfort and a stunning canal view. Its proximity to various attractions in Cape Coral made it even more convenient for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the master bedroom exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and ample storage. The master bath was equally spacious and well-equipped. The pool and spa were maintained at the perfect temperature, offering us the ideal relaxation spot each day. In addition to enjoying the amenities of the property, we found plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Some of our favorite dining spots included The Boathouse, where we witnessed breathtaking sunsets (though there was sometimes a wait, it was well worth it), Two Meatballs In The Kitchen, boasting great ambiance and delicious food, and Fish Tail Grill, where we relished in awesome food, live music, and a vibrant atmosphere. Venturing slightly outside of Cape Coral, but well worth the drive, we discovered Bimini's Bait Shack in Ft. Myers and The Lighthouse Restaurant, both offering exceptional dining experiences. Lastly, the check-in process and communication with the property owners were seamless, ensuring a stress-free stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay in Cape Coral.

1 unfortunate situation but otherwise Fabulous home & vacation!! Would rent again!!
So I’ll start with the 1 bad thing(which was pretty unpleasant) BUT then get to ALL of the GOOD things. We rented this home for 1 week. First 4 days when we were at the house a lot of that time was spent trying to kill all of the flies. It actually became somewhat of a gross game/competition between my husband & I to see how many we could kill. They were driving us crazy but we were trying to make the best of it. I ended up killing 60 & he ended up killing 80!!! We worked with Jill to try to figure out what in the world was going on. It was thought maybe the previous renters had left the doors open a bunch but unfortunately come to find out the previous renters had left fishing bait in the garage, which was rotting & attracting all of the flies. This was the only issue/bad situation we had although in my opinion a bigger one. They did apologize profusely, but that was the extent of resolution offered(a bit disappointing) Anyways now onto the good stuff!! Aside from the above my family of 6 honestly had one of the best vacations we have ever had! Separate from the unfortunate fly thing the house is as pictured and otherwise immaculately clean. Beds were all very comfortable, kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with property manager was good & prompt. House itself is pretty & in a pretty & quiet neighborhood. Pool was fabulous! The use of the beach chairs and bikes were great! Kids ♥️ having TVs in each room lol. Love the sunrise view from lanai! Sanibel beaches 🙌
