Book this one.
Too many numbers in access code (for us elderly). Need better instructions for tv (for us elderly). No controller for fan in kitchen, stuck on high. No pass code for toilet near the pool. Should be easier to contact manager by leaving her number in the email with access codes. I did talk to the manager, Christine was fantastic. Clean, spacious, great location.

Family friendly
Never having been to the area, I wasn't sure about the location. It's on a busy street but quite convenient to an array of restaurants and shopping nearby. A bit noisy. This is an end unit which allows natural light to stream in. Convenient to the pool. It is relatively new but you can see previous occupants soiled the sofa, counter stools and dining chairs which is very unfortunate. Good layout, plenty of space to accommodate a family. Had an issue with hot water, saw where the tank had been turned off for some reason. Minor problem. Good value for the money.

Beautiful unit
The property is very nice. The pool was great. We were the first to stay in the unit and some units were not ready for rental. The bathroom at the pool wasn’t ready until the last week of our stay. The property is convenient to grocery stores and many good restaurants.
