"Once a winter I try to leave the cold and dark northern latitudes and find my way to the beach for a few days. This year I had business on the east coast so why not Cocoa Beach?The location was modernized, well stocked with everything I needed, and right on the beach. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The host was super responsive. Checkin and checkout couldn’t be easier. This was a great property to visit and I hope to be back again one day!"

This was my first time in a one bedroom unit. It worked out really good. The TVs were easy to figure out. The unit was clean and well maintained.
