Picturesque and great location
My family needed this. I always want to go to the mountains and they always want to go to the beach. This meets in the middle. River in the back. Just around the corner to the lake. Beautiful drives throughout the Hill Country. Loved it. The house was perfect with all the needed amenities and charm. We would die out on the back deck in the mornings and evenings. All my teenagers loved it. So it was a win-win, and it’s a short drive to New Braunfels if you need something, but there is also the Brookshire Brothers Market nearby. I think we will try to come down from the Texas Panhandle more regularly.

We will be back! The view and the location are perfect. Great view from inside too. One of the bedrooms and the dining room overlook the river. The home is spacious and has everything you need.

Perfect little house at a great location on the river. Spent the day floating in front and relaxing while the teens went to Schlitterbahn. House is clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Firepit was perfect for S'mores.

Nice house, right on the river. Fully equipped kitchen. Very nice tub in the second bathroom. Enjoyed birdwatching, making s’mores by the fire, toobing and kayaking. Also was able to cook and even make a pie. Nicely stocked for games and puzzles too!

Everything was perfect at this place and was great for our family. It was such an amazing outdoor space and we loved just hanging out and being by the river. My husband was able to do some fly fishing as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing!
PERFECT spot for enjoying the river! Once inside we quickly realized this was one of the CLEANEST properties we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be back. The home had such charm. The kitchen was completely stocked with all the dishes/ pots & pans we needed. Absolutely give it 10 out of 10!

I was drawn to the location: a scenic view of the Guadalupe River and a very short drive to Overlook Park. The access to the river from house could be improved. Even though the house has a distinctive odor overall is okay.

Wonderful get away weekend!
The location of the house was fabulous -- neighbors were quiet and it was a very peaceful weekend which is what we were looking for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility! Management company was excellent to work with!

Beautifully renovated house on the river
We had a wonderful stay. The home has everything one could need. River access was fantastic. We had a great time hiking to the dam and floating back to house. Very clean and quiet. Great place to reconnect with family!

Great Family River Getaway!
We had a great time and this wonderful property with our two young daughters. Good location on the river, we were there midweek so it was quiet and not too busy at all. The house was a perfect place to stay with everything we needed. We enjoyed it very much and hope to stay again!

Great getaway!
Loved this house and location, right on the river! My kids (ages 5 to 8) loved playing in the river, I definitely recommend bringing water shoes. The river water was cold (50 degrees) so we weren't able to swim. Note - the guest bath only has a bathtub not a shower, and there are no hair dryers at this house.

Best kept secret
This place is so charming, right on the river and one of the best weekend getaways. Very clean, enough room for 2 families and your own private area on the river. We cooked on the grill and roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, no need to go out for meals. Absolutely would return again.

Great family trip during Covid
Very clean. Beautiful location and fun for the little guys since it’s close to a shallower end of the River. Good kitchen and lovely deck and patio so no need to go out for meals.
