Great Villa in peaceful area
Clean, comfortable and well equipped villa with stunning views located in a quiet area. A terrace for every wind direction. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who likes peaceful surroundings.

Wonderful house with amazing view
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean home very much. The house is nicely furnished, good equipped and located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The terrace with seaview is absolutely amazing and perfect for relaxing. We would love to come back again.

Fantastic Villa with Fabulous Views
We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful villa - the pictures on the site do not do this property justice. The villa is in a quiet hillside location set within its own gardens in a gated compound that provided both security and privacy. The villa was not over looked on any side and provided wonderful views of the ocean from the terraces. Perfect for a get away from it all holiday but also ideally located for getting around the island - 10 Mins from Santa Cruz and only 30 mins from Los Christianos and Puerta de la Cruz so you can do all the sights/parks easily. A car is required as there are no bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but they can be found five minute drive away. The villa is very spacious and has two terraced areas where you can catch the sun all day. It is also very comfortable and has everything you need and is like a home from home. The washing machine was used daily and the dishwasher was a godsend as 5 people make a lot of washing up! Good internet kept the kids (3 teenagers) quiet and 4 bedrooms so everyone had their own room which was ideal for a party of 5 - the two main bedrooms are very comfortable and I wish I could have brought the mattress back with me. The owner was extremely helpful with arrangements for arrival/departure and there was a bottle of wine and bowl of fruit waiting for us when we arrived which was a nice touch. The only issues we had were the draining from the inside showers was a bit slow so you have to turn them off whilst washing to avoid them overflowing - the outside shower was amazing though and we used that one the most. The aircon was only in the master bedroom and not working, however the ceiling fans kept the villa cool enough so not really an issue. All in all we had a great time at the villa and managed to use it as a base to visit the whole of island although most days I just wanted to stay in the Villa as it was so nice. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Ein Traum in Tenerife, dieses Haus ist ein Paradies, man fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. An alles ist gedacht, nichts fehlt. Die Terrasse ist riesig groß, und es ist noch schöner als auf denn Fotos. Wir haben die Aussicht genossen, von morgens bis spät abends. Nach einem langen Strand Tag, war die aussen Dusche ein Traum. Die Umgebung ist herrlich ruhig. Und die Betten schlafen einfach herrlich...! In diesem Paradies, kann man einfach die Seele baumeln lassen, und seinen Urlaub genießen. Wir haben uns drei Wochen sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus, und kommen schnell wieder.

Außergewöhnliches Haus mit perfekter Ausstattung
Wir haben zu viert eine wunderschöne Woche hier verlebt. Das Haus, die Lage und die Ausstattung sind perfekt. Alles was man für einen super Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist groß und man hat von allen Terrassen einen tollen Meerblick. Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung, aber man ist für sich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und dem Verwalter vor Ort war unkompliziert und super freundlich. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Einfach Traumhaft! Mehr geht nicht :-)
Normalerweise müsste ich "Null" Sterne vergeben... NUR SO ist sichergestellt, dass wir dieses traumhafte Haus, mit Top-Lage, Hammer Ausblick, toller Ausstattung, mega Pool mit sehr schönen Ausblick, jeder Zeit buchen können...ohne, dass uns jemand mit diesen Geheimtipp zuvor kommt. Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Haus, wir haben sogar die Gunst der Stunde genutzt und uns im Hauseigenem Fitnessraum "getrimmt". Das Haus ist seeeeehhhhrrrr groß und bietet sogar Platz für 6 Personen. Die Terrassen haben sein traumhaften Ausblick. Die Lage ist auch toll, man kommt mit dem Auto überall sehr schnell hin. Auch die Abstimmung mit der Hausverwaltung war unkompliziert. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen
Dieses wunderschöne Haus verdient mehr als 5 Sterne! Die Erholung beginnt tatsächlich direkt bei der Ankunft. Bereits die Begrüßung und der Check-In durch den Hausverwalter, in unserem Fall durch Wolfgang und seine Frau, waren so herzlich, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus, der Garte und der Pool waren super sauber und sehr schön hergerichtet. Die beiden großen Terrassen mit Meerblick und der Pool laden nicht nur zum entspannen ein, sie sind auch ein Riesen Spaßfaktor für Urlaub mit Kindern! Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind unserer Meinung nach noch schöner als die inserierten Fotos es zeigen. Es handelt sich wirklich um eine Wohlfühloase. Was für uns neu war, war der unfassbar unkomplizierte und entspannte Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Stephan hat uns nicht das Gefühl des Kunden gegeben sondern eher des schon lange Bekanntem der einem eine tolle Zeit auf Teneriffa ermöglichen möchte! Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, unsere Kinder haben das Haus und den Pool geliebt und das wir nochmal wieder kommen stand schon am ersten Abend fest! Vielen Dank das wir eure Gäste sein durften Stephan und vielen Dank an Wolfgang für eure super Betreuung und Tipps vor Ort!

Schöne Tage im Haus mit Meerblick
Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist so wie beschrieben. Man hat einen tollen Blick Gran Canaria. die Lage vom Haus ist zentral man kommt überall auf der Insel schnell hin. Toll ist auch der Pool, welche durch die Abdeckung auch immer schön warm ist. Die Ausstattung vom Haus offen. Wenn wir wieder einmal auf Teneriffa Urlaub machen, dann in diesem Haus.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt
Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und war wirklich wunderschön. Der Check in lief einwandfrei mit dem Hausverwalter vor Ort und uns wurde alles kurz gezeigt sowie der Gasgrill erklärt. Alles war sauber und alle grundlegenden Utensilien (Klopapier, Küchenrolle, Handtücher, Bettwäsche) lagen bereit. Der private Pool sowie der Blick aufs Meer waren ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus in super Lage
Wir haben hier tolle 3 Wochen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt einen tollen Pool, zwei schöne Terrassen und einen schön angelegten Garten. Das Haus hat ein elektrisches Tor und eine große Garage. Aber das Beste am Haus war für mich der Ausblick. da das Haus Hanglage hat schaut man direkt auf das Meer und die Landschaft drum herum. Es liegt nicht weit von Santa Cruz und Candelaria entfernt in einem kleinen Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ca. 6 min mit dem Auto entfernt an der Autobahn. Wir können es hier absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ein riesigen Dank an Stephan und Torsten für alles.

Sind wir noch Wiederholungstäter oder ist es schon ein Fetisch?
Nachdem der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus uns im letzten Jahr glatt aus den Socken gehauen hat, mussten wir dieses Jahr direkt wieder dorthin um zu prüfen, ob das nun real oder nur geträumt war. Es war erneut ein traumhafter, allerdings eindeutig realer Urlaub. Weiterhin ein absolut erstklassiges Ferienhaus für alle, die einen ungestörten Urlaub verbringen möchten. Etwaige Eindringlinge (Gärtner, 1,5 h) wurden mit reichlichem zeitlichen Vorlauf angekündigt. Vielen Dank an die beneidenswerten Vermieter für die Möglichkeit dieses wunderbare Fleckchen Erde nutzen zu dürfen und natürlich auch an Dirk für die sehr angenehme Kommunikation und Betreuung. Auch wenn wir uns nächstes Jahr zur Abwechslung mal auf Madeira umsehen werden, können wir uns nicht vorstellen, nicht wieder zurückzukehren.

schönes Ferienhaus - super Meerblick
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage! Wir haben Erholung gesucht und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, toller Pool und eine super schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Sollten wir wieder auf Teneriffa sein, dann würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit jeder Menge Platz und traumhaftem Meerblick, bestens mit allem ausgestattet. Gleich zwei große Terrassen, die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben, ein privater Pool zum Abkühlen, eigene Garage für den Mietwagen und sehr nette deutschsprachige Gastgeber, mit denen die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe vorbildlich abgelaufen ist...was will man mehr. Auch die Lage des Hauses ist einfach optimal. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel schnell erreichbar, dazu die Nähe zur Hauptstadt Santa Cruz mit alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besser geht's nicht. Wir möchten uns bedanken, dass wir in ihrem Haus einen herrlichen Urlaub verbringen durften und kommen garantiert noch einmal wieder.

Absolut schöner Aufenthalt mit perfekter Unterkunft
Wir waren für 10 Tage zu 4 (2 Paare) in der Unterkunft und sind sehr zufrieden. Die zwei Terrassen bieten einen unbeschreiblich schönen Blick auf das Meer und der Pool lädt zum abkühlen und schwimmen ein. Die gesamte Unterkunft ermöglicht eine erholsame Urlaubszeit. Ob kochen, grillen oder entspannen, wir mussten keine Abstriche machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Die Abstimmung vor Ort war angenehm und absolut unkompliziert.

Tolle Unterkunft
Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus hat eine Traumlage und es ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Vom Flughafen Teneriffa Süd braucht man ca. 30 Minuten zum Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend in ca. 10-15 Minuten hat man Hiperdino und Lidl erreicht. Die Abwicklung und Betreuung über Dirk, Stephan und Thorsten hat bestens funktioniert! Das Haus ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat sehr bequeme Betten. Der Pool hat einen super Meerblick und war auch jetzt im März angenehm warm. Wir kommen gerne wieder. LG Werner,Andrea und Manuel
