"Perfect ski in ski out hotel for families. The 3 pools are amazing (indoor 2 outdoors). Especially loving the fact we can use the 2 heated outdoor pools in the winter. Beautiful views. Only negative: housekeeping disnt come once in 3 days. I even called and they never came."

"There was no breakfast, sauna was not working. Staff said that they were converting to a retirement village and it was advertised on his website that there was no breakfast, etc but on vrbo site I saw these things. No fire also. Basically cheaper places elsewhere. Wouldn't bother going back and no pleased with false advertisement."

We hoped to check in early as we were attending a wedding - but were told they were short-staffed, so no early check-in; they would leave a key at the front desk.
