"Private and secluded, the house offered a nice view and relaxing setting. Excellent access to Quechee and Woodstock. Kitchen has lots of dishes, adequate utensils and cooking pans, but bring your own dishtowels and napkins! The stated rent was reasonable, but the cleaning and other fees are exorbitant. The house was clean on the surface, but we in need of more careful and deeper cleaning in places, such as the windows, window sills, and the deck. Not a great value for a short stay for two...

"The house was great for multiple families! Great kitchen to cook in. I was only nervous with the railing on the beautiful covered porch with the 3 year old. But if it was changed it would interfere with your view of the waterfall. Only 10 minutes to a grocery store and I93 but without any noise of either! Easy to go on daily adventures. Even some Gravel Riding. "

"The property overall is everything you can ask for if you want time away from others with family or friends. The house and yard is very clean and comfortable, and the pool table /hot tub was a hit for us! Everything you will need to live in the house is also provided, which is an extremely nice bonus. "This cabin was lovely. Plenty of room, privacy, a calming stream to listen to while having coffee on the huge porch in the mornings. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of entertainment. My only recommendation is do not take Melvin Rd. Our GPS directed us there and we were lucky we made it. The main road to the restaurant is the best route. "

"This cabin is in a peaceful forested location especially for fall colors. It was very quiet and we enjoyed evenings on the deck. The cabin is comfortable, beautiful and clean. There were a few things that were not working well - the stove and water dispenser. However, Stephen was very available to speak with us and responds quickly. He reimbursed us $200 due to the problem with the stove. Overall a wonderful stay."

"The view was outstanding. And the location was great. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub at the rec center and the nice little walk in the woods to get there (and that is was only 3min away if you didn't want to walk). So much to do around the area and the host was very responsive. However it is a little more rustic than the photos make it seem and a little musty. The bed I had wasn't all that comfy but I moved to one of the bunk beds and slept well there. FYI: It's $100 to have the trash removed...
