Pousada agradável e funcionário simpáticos e solícitos. Porém o sistema de aquecimento estava com defeito e nós foi ofertado um aquecedor portátil, que não esquentava o suficiente. Meu quarto não tinha água quente na torneira do banheiro e a internet não funcionava muito bem no andar em que fiquei hospedada. Mas eu me hospedaria lá de novo. Café da manhã e lanche da tarde gostosos e bem servidos.

DESRESPEITO AO DIREITO DO CLIENTE
BOA: 1) Localização; 2) Café/manhã; 3) Ambiente; 4) Colaboradores educados. RUIM: 1) Paguei R$ 736,00/ diária/ X 5 noites, não deveria ter pontos negativos como: 1) a) receptor TV não funcionava, tivemos de aguardar a troca; 1) b) novo receptor, os controles não funcionam bem, ao clicar em teclas de volume, alterava o canal; incontáveis vezes durante os momentos que a TV estava ligada, ela sai do ar inexplicavelmente, daí tem que religar; 1) c) a TV ainda é do tipo pequena e analógica, não conseguimos ler tarjas no rodapé, por exemplo, com título da reportagem ou nome de pessoas, pois fica cortado nas laterais da TV; 1) d) o chuveiro, após ajustar a água aquecida para o banho, durante o banho todas as vezes ele muda automaticamente para água fria; 1) e) as toalhas de banho brancas, uma delas estava já amarelada pelo longo tempo de uso, com marcas azuladas de tinta de outras roupas; a outra toalha, uma lateral da parte maior, totalmente desfiada, se rasgando de tanto uso; 1) f) ao lado da bacia sanitária tem um papel colado avisando sobre o uso da ducha, mas não existe ducha; 1) g) o guarda-roupas tem suporte para cabides, mas não existiam cabides; 1) h) espelho do quarto estreito, cerca de 20cm e não tem iluminação; 1) i) lâmpadas do lustre do centro do quarto só acedem esporadicamente, por vezes tive que subir na cadeira para rosqueá-las e nem sempre acenderam; 1) j) pedi arrumação/limpeza inicial apenas no 3º dia e não fui atendido.

Ficamos no segundo andar, mais a pousada não tem elevador. Isso fui muito ruim para subir e descer com bagagem ainda mais que temos um bebê. Pouca acessibilidade. Estacionamento atrás da pousada, acessível somente por escada.

Localização: é bem pertinho do centro de Capivari; Café da manhã: simples, mas atende bem; Quarto: pequeno, com armário velho que fecha com dificuldade, cortina com furos que permitem a passagem de luz, parede em tipo chapiscado, que se não tiver cuidado sai com o braço ralado; Aquecedor funcionando bem! Banheiro: PÉSSIMO!! Além de bem pequeno, não tem ducha higiênica; Atendimento: da recepção foi indiferente, mas as meninas do café são bem atenciosas; Um dia fui acordada às 09:30h com um funcionário cortando grama ao lado da minha varanda … faltou um pouco de noção, afinal, o café é até às 11h e eu e minha família poderíamos dormir até mais tarde.

Estadia muito boa, o quarto é aconchegante, o que foi ruim é o aquecedor que não podemos controlar a temperatura, no meio da madrugada ele desligou, e quem liga é a própria pousada, então fica a mercê deles.. Pedimos arrumação, imaginei que trocaria lençol e toalhas, mas trocaram apenas as toalhas. De resto tudo muito bom, pertinho da vila capivari

Ambiente muito limpo, ótimo café da manhã, funcionários muito simpáticos e atentos. Uma pena não ter frigobar no quarto mas no térreo do hotel existem vários produtos que podem ser comprados sem a necessidade de ir à rua. O hotel fica um pouco distante do centrinho, é preciso estar de carro ou chamar Uber para visitar as principais atrações da cidade.
