Foi muito boa! Localização excelente. Quarto e banheiro bem grande, cama super confortável! Pena que ainda seja acarpetado. Refeições ótimas, variedade imensa! Duas piscinas, uma aquecida e outra climatizada com bar dentro. Área de lazer muito boa.

Boa hospedagem com. Qualidades positivas e negativ

Hotel tem muitas qualidades positivas como playground, piscina interna climatizada com serviço de toalhas, atividades monitoradas para crianças e adultos como show de mágica, passeios e também comida boa no restaurante pensão completa e ótima recepção da maioria dos funcionários. Pontos negativos não tem suporte para colocar as malas e também no restaurante errou que o garçom comunicou que água, suco de laranja e refrigerante estavam incluídos na pensão completa mas na hora da saída cobraram todas as bebidas com somente um senhor antipático na recepção, sendo infelizmente uma surpresa negativa.

Reservei 2 quartos para final de semana, entrei na sexta feira, os quartos precisam de manutenção, os colchões são ruins, reclamei no sábado cedo com o hotel e tbm no aplicativo. O atendente foi prontamente solicito, e me arrumou outros quartos novos, de excelente estrutura. Por isso, exalto aqui minha satisfação com a minha hospedagem no hotel Guarany. Comida farta e de boa qualidade e todos os funcionários educados e prestativos. Voltarei com certeza.

Sou cliente antiga,.. gosto muito devido localização, restaurante e conforto.Desta vez, devido a proximidade ao final do ano, o hotel está lotado,. Restaurante cheio, muito barulho no quarto, arrastam coisas no andar de cima o dia inteiro. Prefiro em datas mais tranquila.

O melhor hotel, com a melhor vista e cardápio.

Hotel muito bem localizado, em frente a Praça Ademar de Barros, piscina infantil aquecida, adulto aquecida e com hidro, os aptos com sacada tranzem uma experiência impar ao hóspede, o único inconveniente foi as tomadas para carregar os celulares que estavam com folga, precisando de uma pequena e rápida e acertiva corretiva.

Localização do hotel fantástica, gastronomia almoço e jantar delicioso. Parabéns ao Chef Fernando e sua equipe. Garçons super atenciosos e simpáticos. Somente o café da manhã acho que faltou opções mais saborosas. Deixou a desejar. Quarto precisa ser reformado, cama precisa ser trocada. Ainda tem quartos com carpete, achei com cheiro forte. Fiquei acomodação sem carpete. Muito bem limpo, hotel tb muito bem limpo e cheiroso , todos funcionários super atenciosos e educados. Se melhorarem esses pontos estariam de parabéns!

O hotel é vertical então tudo é feito por elevador as piscinas são boas as refeições também sempre organizado. O único problema é a academia que está em péssimas condições e também investir em entretenimento na sala de jogos seria bom.
