"Lovely large apartment on a quiet street. The only criticism would be the bed could have been more comfortable and the apartment does not have an iron and the kitchen is quite bare. Communication with the host was quick and easy, my wife and I would stay again."

"This apartment was disappointing, only because with a tiny bit of care and effort it could be so much more. The apartment was huge! 2 floors, 2 huge bedrooms with large comfortable beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The real estate for the the cost was truly amazing, unfortunately it was difficult to be comfortable in the space. The couch in the “living room” was disgusting, as was all the other upholstered furniture. Visible staining with god only knows what, the mattress didn’t fold into the couch...

"Our family of five very much enjoyed staying in this clean, comfortable, and cool flat while in Venice. Two of the rooms had air conditioning available which was very welcome with the warm temperatures and humidity outside. There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for all of us. We were right next to one of Venice's canals and could watch boats and gondolas glide by below."

"Filipo and Silvia have designed a lovely and very comfortable apartment located right by the canal. They are very responsive hosts and make themselves available. There are very good locally frequented restaurants nearby. The area is perfect - a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist center but close enough to get everywhere. We highly recommend for a stay in this most romantic city."

"Gian Maria was very responsive to questions and had the room early when we arrived earlier than originally planned. Away from most of the crowds - the street was a little loud but by 11 pm (on a Saturday) had quieted down. Did not see a grill or hot tub but didn’t have a need for those in a cool November. Would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Venice!"
