"This is a beautiful, historic apartment, very clean, safe, and very close to the Venice train station. Very quiet location with plenty of room with two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms, large kitchen, and a huge living area with a comfy couch that fit the whole family. It's about a 15 min walk to St. Mark's Square and it's fun to wind your way through Venice on the way. At the end of the day it's an easy water taxi back (water taxi drop off is 3 minutes away). For us, this location worked...

"A great location just a few yards from Accademia. The room, on the first floor of a multi -floor residence, is clean and quiet & the facilities adequate. There’s a pretty common room on the next floor with a refrigerator. There are other guest rooms on the top floors. Pros: for Venice, a good price. Cons: it was unseasonably warm in Venice so the room was stuffy, but when we opened the window, we were bothered by mosquitoes."

Two of the rooms had air conditioning available which was very welcome with the warm temperatures and humidity outside. There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for all of us. "The apartment is in a very quiet, quaint part of Venice. The owner communicated with us quite well leading up to our arrival. There were four of us in our group, with two sleeping on the pull-out sofa in the living room, and two in the bedroom. The space is small, but offered everything we needed. We could watch gondolas going by out the windows, and we felt as if we were a part of the community."
