“lots of room for 6 adults and 2 kits. Still had 1 bedroom not utilized.Hot tub and sauna were great.”

“It was exactly what we were looking for for a quick break from the city, would recommend for a small family looking for the the basics, clean and cozy. Great host. We'll be looking to come back in another season and enjoy the lake. ”

“We only stayed for 3 days but it was really nice. Karen and Stuw went out of their way to make us feel really welcome. The secluded location is far enough away from Fenelon Falls to provide some detachment from everything if you want that but close enough to it to get there easily if you don’t. Accommodation was very clean and had just about everything in it that you’d need, especially in the kitchen area. The only thing that perhaps we would have appreciated would have been drapes or blinds……

“The cottage was beautiful, spacious and could easily accommodate our big family with every amenity. We loved the backyard, the dock and the gorgeous sunsets! The kids loved canoeing on the lake and hanging out in the hot tub. The host was a pleasure to deal with and checked on us throughout to make sure all was going well. We had a wonderful family vacation at this property!”

“We had a lovely time but it didn’t feel like a cottage setting. Neighbours were very close to us. The river was interesting as we watched pontoons go up and down. The firepit was nice and big. Kitchen was good but a microwave would have been welcome to warm up leftovers. If you are looking for a quiet cottage setting, this may not be the place for you. ”

“JANE, EVERYONE ENJOYED YOUR LOVELY HOME....THE ACCOMODATIONS WERE PERFECT FOR US...THE PROPERTY WAS GREAT FOR THE YOUNG GIRLS....WE DID TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EMILY PARK....GOOD SWIMMING AND PLAYGROUND (AND STORE) VERY CLOSE BY WE ENJOYED THE PROPERTY SO MUCH WE WILL LIKELY TRY TO DUPLICATE THIS WEEK DURING 2025....MAY I CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY ABOUT THAT POSSIBILITY??”

“Lovely grounds on the river Cottage needs some TLC Need dishcloths and a potatoe masher. Dishwasher needs to be attached to a wall A hazard unloading dishes Comfy beds Lots of room for a crowd ”

“The property was generally as descibed. Comfortable. It had a cottage feel. The yard was large. Not suitable for swimming. Fire pit useful. Kayak had small leak. Overall was good rest for us ”
