"The property is amazing! The pools were wonderful and well staffed, but the adult pool was very crowded. You have to get there early to get a seat. The outdoor bar was awesome...a perfect setting, good food and great bartenders. Our room was spacious and updated except for the shower. The shower head was one of the worst I've ever used in any hotel and the water leaked onto the floor through the glass shower door. We were disappointed on our last night that a conference took over the entire hotel. We were not given any sort of notification that we might need a reservation and were luck enough to score 2 bar stools at one of the indoor bars to grab a bite to eat. A heads up would have been nice. One other complaint is that music was played very loudly in the lobby making it hard to read, work, or even chat. We will definitely go back, though, as none of these things were deal breakers for us."
