"Hotel was good. Bedroom was clean and neat but I thought should be more elegant. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Staff was average. I thought they could be more welcoming and wanted to see more smiles at least from them. The area around the hotel was great. Trafalgar Square is within meters from the hotel.
