Whistling Acres Villa No. 2 is tiny luxury! Enjoy custom architectural finishes and lush amenities.

The TN River is less than a mile away. Take a swim, bring your own kayak or rent one at the sandy Eva Beach area ten minutes away.

On a beautiful day you can sit out on the deck and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching nature go by.

Pull your boat around the corner at the boat ramp; enjoy a bonfire on the property, roast s’mores, and fire up the grill!

Great weekend stay

From the moment we pulled up, it was everything we expected. The villa was beautiful inside and out. The quiet serenity with all the creature comforts was perfect for us. The only time we let was to take a morning walk. I couldn't ask for a better weekend.

Peace and Quiet

This villa is a small, well designed and well decorated space in a secluded spot where you can see a billion stars at night. There are outdoor spaces that can be enjoyed and plenty of firewood around for one of the firepits. It was well furnished and ample supplies in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay very much, wished we could have stayed longer.
