"This was our last hotel in our 2 week Cambodia trip & it was a fantastic way to end. Everything from the hotel lobby to the huge bedroom, separate shower-room is beautiful. The bedding feels luxurious, my partner used the spa which was excellent & pool lovely. We also enjoyed the Apsara dinner & show at the sister hotel across the road The breakfast buffet was lovely with very good selection but they also offer a la carte which we also used. For our last day, having an evening flight, we decided to use the complimentary lunch voucher. Wow! This was a surprise - absolutely exquisitely presented & packed with flavour - especially the main course Thai red chicken curry. Ive had complimentary lunches on some other stays but nothing like this. Staff were lovely, very attentive. Its location is a blessing & in some ways a curse. Overall it's great, being central so within easy walking distance of restaurants, pub street, markets etc but it does mean that the pool & lobby are on a road so whilst swimming you hear the road noise. However I would still 100% recommend this hotel. "

"We highly recommend this hotel to whoever visit Phnom Penh Cambodia. Here's why: we checked in on Nov 7th 2024 & immediately were politely greeted by all the staff at the front desk. Linda, the front desk manager were wonderful. She explained about our rooms, which were connected with our elder parent on the first floor (which is 2nd floor in the US), the cost breakdown she received via Expedia, the cost of breakfast, which one room was not included when I booked. We then offered a welcome drink (tamarin flavored), which were refreshing after a long flight from the USA. We loved it We then were shown to our rooms, which we immediately felt in love with. It's our home away. We showered & ordered Khmer food from the hotel restaurant for our parent while we enjoyed delicious Khmer diner just for the two of us. .The restaurant manger was very nice & polite to bring us the wine menu. We ordered 2022 Vintage Cabernet Sauvignon Famille Bouey Cuvee 20, which was excellent. We rested the rest of the day. The next day, November 8, 2024 breakfast choices were amazing & endless including Khmer & Western style food, which lasted me the entire day. The pool is another amenities the hotel has to offer: it is beautiful, pleasant & refreshing: I forgot to pack my bathing suit but my wife and she enjoyed every second. Pool drinks elevated the experience. We left Phnom Penh to visit Battambang, Siem Reap, Preah Vihear temples, Sihanookville, but always come back to hotel - We give it 10 stars!"

"i had an amazing short stay at the j7 in siem reap. i wanted a nice place to stay and relax at in between my travels in cambodia and this property was def a 5 star in my opinion. i used most of the property: buffet in the morning was delicious. i had an amazing massage downstairs with aunty for 1 hour - very good price. my room had a tub and i def took a bath. i will always choose to stay at the j7 again when i'm back next year and will bring my parents"

"Wonderful hotel! Very comfortable room. The pool was quite large, very clean and deep enough to do some laps. The spa was a bit dated but excellent service. Gym great - lots of equipment. The breakfast buffet was good - plenty of options. We only wish the a la carte menu - for pool side had more local Cambodian food choices. "

"Saem Siem Reap is a wonderful place to stay! I spent 2 nights and 3 days in Siem Reap. The location is excellent. Close enough to the attractions, shopping and dining and far away enough to not hear the noise at night. Tuk Tuk transportation is readily available and the friendly staff at the front desk will help you with any questions you may have. Angkor Wat is approximately a 16 minute Tuk Tuk ride away and a 6 minute Tuk Tuk ride to downtown Pub Street. I wish I were staying longer!
