Enticingly warm waters and Philippine Sea views await at Calumboyan Public Beach, a pretty stretch of sand fronting the neighborhood of Calumboyan. Enjoy a moment of solitude as you stroll down the sandy beach or go on an adventure in the aquamarine waters.
Make your way under the trees along the shoreline path and pick a patch of sand to make your own for the day. Lay out your towel and relax while enjoying the pretty ocean vista. The waters offshore are dappled by coral reefs and the horizon is dotted with boats. Go for a swim or grab your snorkel and mask for a bit of underwater exploration. You might see coral gardens, tropical fish and turtles as you float above the ocean floor. Rent a kayak and paddle up and down the gleaming white-sand coastline. The quiet roads paralleling the coast are ideal for exploring by bicycle and seeing some of the Calumboyan neighborhood’s scenic highlights.
Stay overnight at a nearby resort to wake up with the beach on your doorstep. Alternatively, enjoy select day-use areas and equipment rental. Rent a Jet Ski and feel the breeze in your hair as you speed along the coastline. Reserve a waterfront cabana and spend the day lazing in the shade and enjoying the sounds of rustling palm leaves and gentle waves. Treat yourself to a massage or a rejuvenating spa treatment. In the evening, visit a resort restaurant and have a meal or a glass of wine at the waterfront bar.
