"This was our first time staying in this apartment and we had a great time. It is literally right in the action in Calpe, minutes away from the beach and dozens of restaurants. We were there during the summer fiestas and so got great views of the parades from the balcony. Good sized bedrooms with air-con. Recommended!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. When we reported a fault with the shower it was fixed very quickly. The outdoor space is lovely and suited our party perfectly. It is quite close to the town and within walking distance of the beach. A lovely stay."

"We rented this beautiful property in early September and it was fabulous, the views are beyond belief. very well equipped and a good size lovely owners live downstairs very friendly, however I speak no German and they speak no English. no English telly but that does not matter, not much in the way of bars etc for a bit of a drive but we thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay."

"Communication with property manager was exellent. She was always there to answer any enquiry. In regards to the house itself, I think it should be cleaned more before guest come in and there should defenetly be air conditioning as the fans do not ventilate what so ever. Maybe more money should be spent towards the maintenance of this property. "

I would like to send a copy of the letter to you VRBO The property would have been beautiful in its day but because of a lack of maintenance it has run down somewhat. "The property is located amazingly! The view is spectacular and the apartment well kept. The only issue we had is that the floor had sand and it was dusty atound. I got charge a cleaning fee and the apartment wasn't. Other than that it was great."
