“Special thanks to staff- Irene B, very helpful, friendly and responsive. Apartment is located in a vey central area, surrounded by food and restaurants. Very good condition and modern interior, sofa bed is very comfy as well. Parking is not easy indeed especially with a big car but that’s the same everywhere central in town. However lots of paid parking nearby which is very easy to park if you have bigger cars. ”

“The room we got did not meet our expectation from the photos presented for the specific room type we booked. It has a weird layout, and bad smell came out from the ventilation whenever we flush the toilet. On the pro side, the water in shower is hot and sufficient, rooms are clean, and the staffs are friendly and helpfu.”

“Hôtel cher mais extraordinaire par la vue qu'il offre sur l'Alhambra. C'est magique et envoûtant. Le personnel est très agréable. L'agencement et la décoration de la chambre parfaite. Accès privé à la chambre et grande terrasse confortable. Deux points pourraient être améliorés : - les petits déjeuners sont préparés par une cuisine en terrasse et les assiettes chargées de mets délicieux arrivent (début février) sur des assiettes très froides. C'est dommage car leurs contenus sont rapidement……

“Location is convenient, many shops and restaurants are nearby. The parking is a problem, and not easy to access the hotel by car. Although hotel provided the valet parking service, but we arrived on Friday evening, it’s very impossible to enter the crowded streets. And we have to park at a garage which was about 1km away from the hotel.”

“The location is perfect, just next to the catedral and close to restaurants. The room is lovely and clean. The only concern is that there's a bar downstairs, which opens until 2 am. You can hear people talk and laugh and shout clearly.”

“I received lots of communication beforehand so that I could complete the advance check in. The propety was easy to access with the information provided, and was clean and well stocked with everything I would need. I would happily stay there again if visiting Granada.”
