"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "

"Overall I would give this a 4 star relative to what we wanted from the property/were expecting. We stayed in Bologna for 2 days, and this apartment was spacious and amazingly located in the old town, which was perfect for exploring in a relatively short space of time. The pros were: The responsiveness of staff. "Residence Studio Vita was a home away from home. It has everything you need, spacious corridors, and close proximity to many amenities. There were great shopping and restaurant options around. My family loved being able to walk around the streets of Bologna and explore what they have to offer. Would recommend staying here with a group!"

"Fantastic location in the heart of Bologna's historic city center within easy walking distance of sights, restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of room for the three of us to use as a home base while exploring this area of Italy. Since it is surrounded by restaurants, it can be a bit noisy at night, but we didn't find it to be an issue. Would stay here again!"

"My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever. "

"The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. "This was a great place for a few days stopover. Side street location, minutes away from the University area, bars, shops etc. Easy access to the centre of Bologna, 15 minutes walk to the main train station. Easy communication via text and would certainly consider a further stay, next time i am in Bologna"

"Really close ro Bologna Station, central Bologna 10 mins walk. Well maintained property, quiet street off main road. Modern style living, all you need for a city break in Bologna. Would stay there again? Yes we would and company who owns and services the property we wuld recommend to you "

"We spent 4 days in Bologna (and Ravenna), and we really enjoyed both the city and Andrea's flat.It is nice, well equipped and ideally situated (beautiful and quiet neighbourhood) to visit everything."

"This is a decent option for a place to stay. It’s large, very well-located, clean but it needs freshened up with paint, it wasn’t the shower that was advertised online but it was very good except a little small, the tv and wifi were very good including Netflix, and it is very well appointed. A pretty serious negative were the mattresses on the bed. Very uncomfortable. They seemed more like foam mattress foam covers for a mattress. If they fix that problem, we’d give it a five. "

Great hotel

"This stay is part of a longer trip. The hotel is excellent. Luggage room if you arrive early as we did. Location is in the old area so a 5 min walk to piazza magiorre and the tourist information office. Breakfast was included and it was great. All in all, wish I’d have booked a longer stay. "
