I do not reccomend this property to anyone. The hotel is in a very bad condition. Smelly rooms, dirty carpets, cracked walls. It feels like an abandoned old house. It should not be listed on Expedia , waste of time and money.
Old rooms that need to be upgraded. Mostly giving it a bad review because they made us feel like criminals. When we were checking out, the man at the reception asked another employee to see our room. Did not tell us why. Would not recommend this hotel. Bad service and old rooms.
They gave me a very old room because they lost the key for my booked room and they moved me to a slightly better room after 2 days since no onw was free to copy a key for me. Both rooms have no heater so I freezed to death there
The stuff swearing all the time to the guest. The cockroaches everywhere at the restaurant.
I moved form the hotel and I complet my holiday at Caroline Crillon Hotel very nice Hotel.

Everything in the room was broken, they wanted to charge us for it upon check out. Take pictures as soon as u check in to protect yourself.
Other than that the reception and concierge staff was kind and helpful always.
As a European tho you cannot use the pool, everyone will stare at you even the employees…
