「This property is not a 5 star hotel so ignore the bad reviews, it’s a budget b&b that has some free parking, amazing value for money, fantastic location on sea front, my young family enjoyed a day out at the beach and night out on the front, I could enjoy a drink or three and not worry about driving back to Bristol, room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, slept well, what a find we will be back very soon.」

「We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The building is about 400 years old so it did creek and shake a bit when heavy vehicles went by, but that was mainly during the day, we were not disturbed at all during the night. It was very clean and the breakfast was delicious and they didn't mind adapting to special requests. We would definitely stay there again. 」

「We loved the Brooks Guesthouse because of the city centre location, friendly staff and well appointed rooms. Although the rooms are inevitably small, given the location, maximum use is made of the available space. We plan to stay here whenever we are in Bristol.」
