「The hotel itself is new and clean. The bed was comfy. It’s located in a more industrial like zone. Not much actions or must take a train or a taxi to Venezia. However, despite having ViP member status of hotels.com, it’s claimed to have some VIP benefits. However , I was not upgraded nor provided the $10 credit during my stay. The late check is only until 12:30 despite the hotel looks low occupancy during my check out . That’s a pity. 」

「I travelled a lot and left very few review so far. But, this time is necessary. We found the leftover bread rotten in the kitchen when checked in...that could happen... We claimed but the manager and staff did not say or mention a "sorry"...instead, the cleaning staff said back to me "impossible and i dont know who brought it in." Shocking (No cleaning...crumbles on the sofa...sands in the shower box...toy lids on the floor...spyder on the ceiling...) finally settled with the hotel. But ruined...
