"Great location, right next to train station and couple of minutes walk in to the centre. Hotel was beautiful, very impressed. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely. First time stay.
"Great hotel and room. The bed was a little too firm for my liking. The on site car park was very small and struggled with my big car and it was also full so used a really close by ncp car park. The staff all seemed helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"Parking is always a concern but with a large secure NCP very close by i felt ok. The staff were polite and exremely helpful. Room was good with a great mattress, a good nights sleep with blackout curtains. The food was presented well and tasted delicious. Thankyou Malmaison we will book again."
