"The size and location of this mansion was the perfect fit for our family. My husband and I rented this home for 3 of our sons/daughter-in-laws & 4 grandkids. We had a total of 12 at the home. We spent a long weekend exploring Watkins Glen & Ithaca. Our mornings were made easier in the large kitchen with 2 stoves. We loved the fact that each family had their own bathrooms for privacy. "This is a property that exemplifies an absentee owner. It was clean inside but exterior was not well maintained. Fire pit rotted through, life vests moldy and deck smelled bad. The lake is beautiful to look at but full of seaweed and has water moccasin snakes around. It does have a two person limit so it’s overpriced."
