"We really enjoyed our first time at this house in Clarksville. We always love our trips to Bugg's Island and this house did not disappoint!!!! Pros: Very clean, easy access to town, great communication with the owners prior to arrival. We didn't have any issues or concerns during our stay. Loved the owners laminated reminders for check-in and check-out ~ made taking care of their house a breeze. The house provided all the kitchen appliances you would need for eating at home and grilling out....

"We stayed with our two teenagers and had a fantastic time. The house was very clean. All the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were clearly labeled making it easy to find and replace cooking items. The covered deck overlooking the lake was maybe the best part and we utilized it every day. Speaking of the lake, the house is located on a terrific spot with quick and easy access to the lake. "It was very difficult finding the property no light on, no number on house or mailbox. even people coming to property to repair air conditioner could not find it. we had no air sat night till Monday. we could not get hold owner till Sunday afternoon and eventually hvac repair Monday. temp was over 82n in house. house is nice kitchen, living room porch. bathroom should have grab bar near shower. would've appreciated get some money back because unbearable heat two nites"

"Cindy was very thoughtful throughout our stay. The property was great and everything we needed and more. We asked about a grill before our arrival and she replied that she was sorry and they didn’t have one. However, about a couple hours later she told me she purchased a grill and supplies for us to use! I’ve stayed at many properties before and this is definitely in my top 3 due to the hosts attentiveness and thoughtfulness. Recommend 10/10! "

"The house is very nice and was very clean upon our arrival. We were disappointed to learn how far the house was from the lake and beach, a longer walk through the woods than we had anticipated. One problem noted on arrival was that the tray in the ice maker was broken and all the ice made fell down into the freezer... all day and all night. The ice maker was on and we were not able to turn it off. The owner told us on the phone that she knew about this problem before we arrived. At 5:15 AM on...

"We stayed for a week in August with 16 family members ranging from 11 to 87 Years old. House worked perfectly for us - huge kitchen, very larger dining room table, 3 bedrooms on ground floor for grandparents, and ready access to the lake for the kids. Plenty of games and quiet spaces in the house, and the owner was very responsive to all questions leading up to our stay. We had a great week! "
