“Cold water from taps in bathroom didn’t work. It might happen because of water pressure of cold water resulted in being taken over by hot water. No matter how and even asked the front desk staff to check, only hot water coming out from the taps. “The room was quite close to the apartment building opposite. I could see the residents' and I felt insecure about it. I wonder if they could see me if I did not draw the curtains. No one picked up the phone when I needed something from the housekeeping. I tried calling the front desk and concierge, no one picked up the phone either. I had to write an email. The duty manager called back afterwards. However the things I requested for came three hours later. ”

“We arrived on the 1st day of Chinese New Year. Although it was not yet the time for check in, they upgraded us to a suite room and gave us the room immediately. We appreciated it so much as we were so tired after the very early flight. Location of the hotel is great, only a few minutes walk to the MRT station. This station is just a few stations from those hot tourist spots. ”
