This fully remodeled 1890 home featured in Buffalo Spree Magazine will surely give you a memorable experience in Buffalo. Perfect getaway for couples that will find you steps from the Elmwood Village, Allentown and the Medical Campus. Here for Niagara Falls? You won’t find a better central location to the city of Buffalo. No shortage of food options within walking distance (ThinMan brewery, Mythos Diner, FivePoints Bakery, Remedy House, Perks Cafe, Acropolis, Forty Thieves, Spot Coffee, Essex Street Pub and so much more!)

This West Utica townhome will take your breath away. Amazing finishes throughout the home such as marble countertops, pine floors, stainless steel appliances and so much more. Generous amounts of sunlight occur throughout the day making for a very cozy stay.

You have the entire back unit to yourself as shown in the photos with a private entrance with smart locks.

A fourteen-foot-high cathedral ceiling with exposed beams lends a dramatic feel in the second floor. That atmosphere is bolstered by monumental light fixtures and ceiling fans above the rafters. Built-ins, like large double-sided drawers that can be opened from either the bedroom or the bathroom, make for sensible, flexible storage. The master bathroom’s large walk-in shower has multiple shower heads. A stone wall adds pleasing visual and textural intrigue.

There is memory foam king bed upstairs that guests rave about. Everyone also gets a towels.

Sometimes a reprieve from sightseeing is needed and you just need to re-watch that Game of Thrones episode. I have an HDTV with a Roku where you can access your accounts on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBONow. There is also a table with ample space and fast Internet if you need to get work done.

You will not find a more unique stay in Buffalo and my girlfriend and I would love to host you!

The property was comfortably modern, thoughtfully designed for a traveler’s needs. It was surprisingly quiet and tranquil in the evenings with a completely different atmosphere during the day of people walking/riding bikes down the streets to local shops.

Wonderful stay in Elmwood Village
Jon's place is so cute and comfortable. Check in and check out were simple, the home was wonderfully decorated and cozy, the porches were perfect, the bed was comfortable and the location was great to walk to local restaurants and bars. Lovely home in a great location
The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the outside sitting areas - the patio, upstairs balcony, and chairs at the entrance. The sunroom was lovely as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. The location was perfect...walking distance to nice restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive to our questions. Stayed at this lovely property for a day trip to Niagara Falls (Canada) - the drive was scenic - Elmwood is a charming town in it's own with lots of food options (wish we had more time to check it out). Easy check in and out.

Amazing Host and Great Unit and Location
Originally booked the unit for arrival on 12/21/22 and out 12/25/22. Needless to say, the blizzard of 2022 had something to say about that. Ended up staying through 12/29/22 The host was amazing, communicating throughout the whole blizzard, worked with us to extend our stay. Not enough positive comments for the host and the communication during such a difficult time. Unit itself is great, everything that you could possibly need, well laid out and very private. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Just an awesome experience. Thank you !!!!!

Great escape in Buffalo
We had a great stay for a couple of nights. The place is lovely and the host was super helpful. Not much to do directly in the neighbourhood but there’s lots of great food and drink options within walking distance.

Apartment was very nice, clean, and pretty quiet. The host was very nice and helpful. Close to many restaurants , stores, with lots to do in the area, etc. The parking is awful as you are required to park on the street with very little opportunity to be able to park. As a single woman on a trip in not the best area, I did not like having to walk a half mile to the apartment at night. Other than the parking ~ my stay was fantastic!

Great central location
Very clean and upscale, complete with washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen, enclosed porch with dining table, and luxurious shower and sinks. Bedroom is upstairs with a very comfortable bed. The stairs are quite narrow, but fortunately there is a sturdy railing to hang on to and only street parking. But very comfortable all around.

Such a bright unique place!
We loved our stay! Place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had our coffee on the upper porch Saturday morning which was lovely. It was surprisingly quiet inside despite being pretty close to Elmwood and some hot spots. Restaurant recommendations were spot-on. We went to Inizio; the food and service were amazing. We walked all over and gathered wings then took the metro to key bank center for a concert. Location is great! We want to come back again and hit up some more restaurants!

Very nice apartment
Jon's apartment is exactly as it is portrayed in the listing. The king loft is airy and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, and a few drinks in the fridge. The only inconvenience was on street parking. But we knew about that before booking.
