⚠️ This is a warning for anyone considering renting in this building or from this person named Christian. I received a very poor apartment that didn't look anything like the photos. Walking into the building was not nice at all and poorly maintained. The elevator is so old I saw one in the 1960s. Small and it didn't look in great condition. I never had a balcony as shown. My kitchen and bath were not modern as shown in the photos. I complained and ask for another room or a refund. Christian told me there were no rooms available and I would have to ask Expedia for a refund. I spoke to Expedia and they tried to call Christian but he wouldn't answer his phone now. . I left the building with Christian not telling me I couldn't get a refund but that Expedia would have to handle it. After not answering the phone for a couple of days an e-mail was sent and they denied my refund even though I had returned the keys under the understanding I was getting a refund. This was not as advertised. They may have what's in the photos but what I got was totally unacceptable. The staff are inaccessible too. Behind a buzzer system. At first they refused to give me the manager's number. Avoid this place .

Only a couple of blocks from many bakeries, a great empanada place and Plaza Italia. The process for getting was easy, even though my card made it difficult because i was visiting other countries as well. Loved the big patio.

Me gustó que todo lo que necesité lo tuve al alcance sin tener que recorrer grandes distancias en una ciudad tan grande como Buenos Aires. Me gustó la buena atención de parte de la persona encargada, aunque siempre nuestra comunicación fue siempre vía WhatsApp y por correo electrónico. Fueron pocas cosas la que no me gustaron, como pro ejemplo el decorado de la habitación, puede ser mejorado.

Nice mattress But a room 4 hard-of-hearing/smokers
I came home one day to find a maid enjoying her lunch in my room. (!) Using the microwave, cutlery, table, sofa etc. Food and drink were everywhere. I was shocked to see she was still working there the next day, despite my protest to mgmt. Clearly such an invasion of privacy and breach of professional etiquette isn’t important, in the slightest. If you enjoy the smell of cigarettes, the room I had is for you. And bring earplugs: there’s a major bus route outside. Drip stains above the headboard were gross. Unthinkably gross. Place should have been cleaned properly of smoke smell and wall stains before the next guest. I had to defrost the ice-laden freezer myself. And try to clean the walls. Patio jacuzzi needs better maintenance as wood siding is falling off. …But, the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Checkin was super-easy & efficient. Kitchen also has all you need. (…And what the maid might need for enjoying her meals.) Oh, A few days before checkout I asked for an extra toilet paper roll since I didn’t want to buy a 6 pack when I wasn’t going to use up 1/4 a roll. No can do. Clearly, there was no concern about making up for bad guest experiences in the smallest possible way.

Good Palermo location, nice building with pool but apartment was tired, with threadbare rugs and broken furniture. The apartment was soiled on arrival with hair in the bed, dirty sheets and bathroom - however when we flagged this it was cleaned again almost immediately.

I was very disappointed by my stay and the complete lack of service provided by RentInBA, which is the agency that managed my rental. The bathroom was dirty and had not been cleaned. I sent over photos and they promised to clean it, but never did. The checkin process was very cumbersome. I had to wait several hours with my bags after a long drive from the airport because no one could find my reservation or information. The apartment itself has no wardrobe or closet to keep clothes. They acknowledged this, agreed it was a problem but did nothing to fix it. I was told I was staying only 5 days and it wasn't worth their while to resolve any of my problems. The staff members from Rent In BA were very unreliable. They promised to follow up on the missing wardrobe and on the cleaning, but did not actually do any of that. I would strongly caution everyone to stay away from Rent In BA. They lack professionalism and the apartments they rent are of low quality.
