Been here 2 times now and both were excellent. Love the location right near our favorite bar. Private gated parking keeps vehicle secure and out of the elements. Will be back again.

Beautiful condo in a great location right on the river. Dining and shopping within short walking distance. Nice to have a parking garage as well. Check-in and Check-out were seamless. Condo was very clean and had all items we needed. It was a nice getaway highlighted by fall colors. Would recommend this location in Salida.

Great location, great access for the downtown area
If you're looking for a spot close to the river and walkable to all the downtown area spots, this is the place. Very spacious, open feel and equipped with all the normal things you'd find in your own home to make your stay that much easier. Would absolutely book again, and will if and when my travels take me through Salida for another visit.

We’ve stayed here before which is why we booked again! It has the best location in town next to all the best restaurants and the river park. It’s stocked with everything you need, it’s clean and modern with proper AC! It’s bright with a wonderful patio and we’ll be sure to book it again next summer!
