Super Gross House!
The house was filthy! The floors had not been cleaned, the bathrooms had handprints in filth on the walls. The pool was not useable because it was dirty. The lawn was overgrown which attracted mosquitos. There was a broken branch in the front yard and street. The management company for this house was very unhelpful, as well as Vrbo! The listing pictures are deceiving. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Poor Experience
Overall, we had a poor experience with this rental. The check in process was frustrating. We were provided the incorrect code so it took about 20 minutes to get into the house after texting the host. There is a pool but we were unable to use it since it was flithy and not heated. I followed up with the host to see if we could use the pool and I was first told heat wasn't an option. However, on the morning we were leaving someone came to the house to clean the pool and turn on the heat (fountain in the pool). This was very disappointing. There was also someone who came to the house to mow the lawn while we were out. I feel this should be communicated to guests or done after check out. The couch on the main level was gross and very badly stained. The upstairs area with the bedrooms was nice. I wouldn't recommend this rental.

Christmas Family Time
We stayed in Buda to be close to family for Christmas. It is a lovely house. The location is really great. The only negative is the dip between driveway and street...really hard on the car.

Was a great property. Easy locations close to all major attractions. Only thing I didn’t like was coke given didn’t work. Waited 10-15 min to get in the hoise cause codes were working.
