If you have any disabilities, the stairs from parking to the house are very narrow and steep. Both of us have back issues, and the stairs were hard for us to navigate even though they put in a hand railing a couple of weeks into our stay. "This was a great spot for our trip for the Georgia-Florida Game. Right next to a great area in Jacksonville full of food options and stores. Right across the river from the stadium and only an easy hour walk over or an even easier trip by Uber or such. The property was great for my partner and I with our two large dogs. The owner was great and welcomed all of us in. The king size bed and the AC helped us sleep great all night. Highly recommend and will consider in the future. "
