「fantastic hotel, cozy room, helpful receptionist and technician as the room door couldn't lock properly. many nice restaurants nearby and close to tram station.」

「I request a higher floor , and hotel staff can also help us to bring the luggage to 1st floor for the lift. They are helpful . 」

「I booked the privilege room online, but when I arrived, the room offered to me is quite different with the pictures showed in the website. I doubt they gave me a basic room instead but when I asked them in the reception, no one sloved my question. One guy only ask me whether I need to call the manager, but when I said yes, no one contact me then」

「Super close to Brussels Central Station and Grand Plaza, only a 5 minute walk to both, very convenient! Carrefour near by, and lots of shops and restaurants, basically all the places you need to visit in Brussels are just around the corner. Rooms are clean with comfortable bed, awesome breakfast with plenty of selections, you can even order fresh eggs! Staff are also very helpful and nice! Overall I give very high compliments to this hotel! Highly recommend!」

「Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.」

「大理石廁所是全間房最美的部分，而且很大很舒服，其餘睡床都舒服整體沒有什麼不好的地方。地點位於遠離市中心一段路程，我每天都走路去市中心的。」
