「Very nice people to work with. House was very clean and had everything you would need. Property was close to a number of things to do yet at the same time it where the house was located it was so peaceful. On the back deck you could enjoying watching the deer, rabbits, squirrels and birds. Would highly recommend this property>」

「Loved this property! Super easy to find, great location, clean, very spacious, all the comforts of home. My work team opted to stay together while in town for an outing at KY Lake rather than all rent hotels rooms. Best decision. This was the perfect place that allowed everyone to have their own space. 「This is is the cutest most comfortable and luxurious "tiny house" ive ever seen! The hosts communicated quickly and effectively. The accommodations were better than we expected. Everything was just right. My ONLY regret is that i didnt research times local businesses were open prior to our stop. Travel took longer than expected (we are in the process of moving and had a trailer along so we were too long for the ferry and had to go around). Be smarter than we were and plan accordingly 😉」

「It is a very beautiful secluded property. The amenities were gorgeous! The location was perfect for me visiting my family in Paducah as well as Metropolis, IL. My mom was born and raised in Paducah. She traveled with me was very nostalgic as she remembered that the property used to be James Sanders Nusery. It was a very nice experience overall.」

「The house and detached guest house were very nice. There were a few places that were not super clean, but all in all, very good. The grill was not working and the propane tank was replaced the night we arrived. The grill needs replacing, but it did end up working ok. The location is close to town and we enjoyed walking around Patti’s and the shops. We had a wonderful time with three generations under one roof.」

「The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. It was perfect for our girls trip! Host even left s'mores ingredients for us! Beds were very comfortable and the living room was great for playing games and visiting. Hot tub was a wonderful, relaxing end to the day, as well as the cute sitting areas around the fire pit and front porch. Look forward to staying again!」

「We loved it here. It's was simple, yet beautiful and clean. Very quiet as well. Back deck was my favorite place. Also close enough to all the things. Minor issue with lock box code to get in but it was resolved in less than 5 minutes. We truly enjoyed our stay.」
