"I arrived on a rainy night, not knowing there were several steps up to the front door as there was only a picture of the back door on the VRBO page. I tripped up and hurt my knee carrying my bags up the stairs. The host was not only unsympathetic but blamed me for not “reading the description” and asked if I wanted to see her bruises from falls!! The photos gave the impression that this would be a private space with bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. However, these are rooms within the hosts...

"The property was just what we needed close to Fenway. Very clean and comfortable and the hosts were fantastic in their communications with me. 10 out of 10 and will certainly stay again for a Red Sox game. "

"This was a very spacious, clean appartment in a great neighborhood with stores and deli nearby. The host did not leave the wifi username and password in the appartment, so when we contacted her she provided several passwards which did not work, so we did not get internet access until the second day when I called her.
