Several electrical outlets don't work, the bathroom door doesn't slide. Needs Several minor repairs.

Lacking and in need of upgrades.
The property is pretty run down. The features promised were not working (namely the hot tub), and it was not properly cleaned; messy kitchen and loft carpet was not vacuumed. The outlet in the bathroom was not working. Also, when we found out that the hot tub was not working our grandson decided he would be okay with just taking a bath but the tub didn’t have a functioning plug. Bummer. The bedding was clean. We were happy with the location. Also very happy that we had a kitchen to make breakfast and dinner in the evening. We were just really excited about having a hot tub though, which definitely didn’t happen.

Awesome place
It was a great time but the garbage was full when we got there. The check in process was a little tricky because they’ve changed management and I was expecting to be able to go to the office to get the keys.

Worst Vacation Rental Experience
The neighborhood is quiet with amazing views of the ocean. Upon arrival the door was unlocked and the lock box was open with NO keys, and the window by the front door was open (we closed it and discovered it did not lock at all). The onsite office was locked and apparently closes at 4 and are only open a few days a week. I was told by Vacasa that I would receive a call from local management to assist me with getting a key... never got a call back. This went on until 5pm the next day. I made probably 10+ phone calls to local management and the 800 Vacasa number. Terrible communication between everyone. I spent our entire trip on the phone just trying to get the keys so I could leave and spend the day at the beach with my family. We were not going to leave all of our belongings in the rental unlocked all day. My husband ended up taking our kids to the beach while I sat on the phone and waited around for someone to change the locks because they couldnt find the keys. There were 2 black widows above the bed in the bedroom. While sleeping on the pullout couch in the living room I was woken up by scratching in the walls that honestly sounded like rodents crawling around. The stove and oven did not work. Multiple lights didn't work. Half of the dishes we tried to use were dirty. Only good thing was the hot tub. Matthew that came to changed the locks was very apologetic and said they would compensate us and that they were taking down the listing until they can
