Then I so happen to wake up out of my sleep and my ENT was itching really bad we all had to take an allergy medicine. 「We had a wonderful November week in NYC thanks also to this characteristic little brownstone apartment, located near the strategic 125th subway stop, so it was possible to get back and forth several times in a day. Cozy and comfortable for 2 people, overlooking the inner courtyard, very quiet and with small kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast and some hot food. Be sure to visit the neighborhood, with some nice walks to the North and West! 」

「My group was extremely satisfied with this rental. It was exactly what we were looking for, and exactly what was listed on the description. All the beds were comfortable and the amenities were exactly as listed. We had an excellent time and would instantly book again in the future!」

「I needed to book something quick for my uncles funeral that would accommodate my large family. This place was perfect and in an area that was close to the funeral home. We had enough space for everyone. Just needed to be more stocked with the essentials 」

「On the listing it said this room would sleep 6, but it really only sleeps 2. I spoke with the property manager and he said he would lay down a mattress (there were 4 of us) and when we got there they refused to do that. We were forced to book a 2nd room. 」

「Large brownstone divided in half. One side for owners other side for guests. 6 small guest rooms sharing 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Heaters in each room that were sufficient during the extremely cold weather. Lots of art work decorating the rooms and halls. Very tiny bathrooms. Dreary interior could be vastly improved with table lamps Great deli on the nearby corner and great restaurant. Pita Point and Good Friends Deli. Grinstead of the overhead lighting.」

「From start to finish we had an excellent one-month stay in this beautiful expansive home. The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials. It is an older property, but does not lack in cleanliness and all appliances and bathrooms were in perfect order. We cooked many meals in the large kitchen and a large group of 7...

「I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.」

「We visited NY for the Subway Series game at Yankee Stadium. I chose this home for its closeness to the stadium and set up. There were a couple of issues with home upon arrival, but nothing that hampered our stay. Parking is hit or miss. 」

「Overall an amazing experience! The location was 8 minutes from my job and very quiet. Only noise you will hear is from the highway (not a bug deal). I would love for the property to have onsite persons to speak with. The property is beautiful, but the 1:1 would make this an even better experience. I am not a fan of the email from Global asking for a picture of my credit card. Especially in a world filled with scammers-this would turn anyone away. Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "

I had a wonderful time and location is perfect.

"I just stayed there for 8 days, the location is perfect as my key objective for this trip is to watch many Broadways, it's just a few mins walk over there. The hotel is apparently new, contemporary, service is good, everyone is super nice and friendly. No kettle or slippers prepared in the room but you can ask for it, if you needed. "
