One morning we mentioned to Arthur that the frying pan was warped and a bit difficult to cook with, and when we returned that evening a bag with a new pan was hanging on the door. Arthur also made some good recommendations for visiting local attractions. Enjoyable stay.」

「Nice rooms, very very clean. Breakfast service was speedy and staff were very nice and helpful. Let down: on arrival we were not given full brief on timings of cafe/restaurants. We visited the spa and wanted to have some food straight after, where we asked a member of staff if it was open , they said yes, so we approached and then was told no, we stop serving food. "環境，房間都是很好的。包早餐是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。"
