We had 7 families (24 people). We had a most a most wonderful time being together.. hot tub, fireplaces, shuffle board and pool table were well used!! Plenty of dishes, pans, cooking and w serving dishes and utensils … dishwasher broken (big bummer!), kitchen water did not get hot enough to wash dishes ( boiled water on the stove) , not enough seating for 24 (table sits 10). Maybe should have a couple of folding tables and chairs so all could sit and eat together. Several bathroom doors would not shut ( or lock). All that said, again, we had a wonderful time…

Ladies Work Retreat
We had a great time at Kingslanding. We were a group of 9 ladies for a company retreat. There were originally supposed to be 12 of us however only 9 of us were able to go. I know the listings says it sleeps 26, but half of that needs to be small children. We misunderstood the bunk bed arrangement and those are not made for adults!! 😂They are a triple bunk with little room between bunks. We did pull out a sofa bed but chose to sleep in the bunks as the sofa beds didn't seem too comfortable. The mattresses on the bunks were awesome and we had some great laughs getting in and out especially in the middle of the night!! The big outdoor TV we couldn't get to work but it was not a big deal for us so we didn't call to ask mgmt about it. We were only wanting it for light as there's not much lighting on the back deck. It would be awesome if there was more lighting out there and string lights around the fire pit area. We had plenty of cookware in the kitchen so that was great. In all, we loved our stay and the ladies are already planning a return trip! Oh, and hot tub was great too!!

Kings Landing is a beautiful cabin in a great location. Everyone from 6 months old to 70 enjoyed our stay. Only one minor problem was a slow toilet that maintenance took care of quickly.

Lovely Cabin
We enjoyed our stay! Loved the large open space in the kitchen/living room area for eating, visiting, & group games. The pond for our kayaks, hot tub, & fire pit were all great. So convenient having the washer & dryer for the provided hot tub towels. All ages of our family from age 1-77 enjoyed what the cabin & yard had to offer. Cabin was very clean and well supplied. Only 1 concern: the large potholes in the roads leading to the cabin. It rained while we were there, so then we had large potholes plus mud!

Great Cabin
My family and I stayed for three nights. We had an amazing time, the scenery was great, and the cabin was clean. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty but it was not a big problem. The only complaint that I have is there were a few spider webs upstairs and ants. Everything else was amazing and we plan to stay again.

Had an absolute blast!
I have zero complaints regarding this property. We had one minor issue with the AC but the property owner was very quick to get it taken care of. Other than that, it was an absolute blast. I would recommend this property and would love to come back!

It appeared to be cleaned on the surface. However, we found several women's undergarments under beds, other clothing items behind the bunk beds, trash in the hide-a-way beds when we pulled them out. It is in need of a good cleaning!! We did go ahead and Lysol everything in fear of the beddings not truly being clean. It was very dusty and dirty under and behind the beddings which was left as is...Pot holes into the property were brutal. It is a beautiful cabin with amazing scenery. Outside of the lack of cleanliness, it was a great weekend.

Louisiana takes Broken Bow!!!
Great experience! We had a blast! Would definitely go back! Loved the cabin. The only thing I would say is there is not enough lighting outside in the back. One side of the back deck is very dark and it’s very dark out by the fire pit, need to string some lights out there. Overall it was very nice!

Great time at this cabin.
The directions to this property were very challenging to follow. I would suggest attaching a map with the route highlighted for future. We had a great time overall using this cabin. It slept 15 of us comfortably and all the games and options for free time was great.

Great cabin
We had a great time at this cabin. It is the nicest cabin we have ever been in. We filled the capacity to the max with our large family gathering. The hot tub was awesome. All the games (horse shoes, cornhole, big connect 4, pool table and shuffle board) were very handy and provided lots of entertainment. We love all the fireplaces and the firepit, also. With such a large group, we cooked out everyday and both the propane grill and charcoal grill came in handy to help cook so much food. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place to stay enjoyed the view. Plenty of room for all 14 of us. The only downfall were the roads they were very difficult to drive through also the directions to the cabin were a bit confusing. Other than that the cabin stay was amazing!

Very nice house
We really enjoyed staying at this house and tje view in the back of the house. There was a nice pond. The house was clean and fully equipped with what we needed go stay for 3 nights. The only thing was the directions to get to the cabin were not very accurate. Some outlets didn't work. But other than that. We loved the experience!

I want to say Kings Landing is a home away from home.
My family and I fell in love as soon as we walked through the door. Kings Landing was absolutely beautiful inside and out… I wouldn’t have wanted a better home for our first family cabin trip. We were looking forwards to going back for our Thanksgiving or Christmas gathering but you’re all books. Nevertheless we look forward to being at this cabin again in the near future. Other than the air conditioner leaking, we had a fabulous time. Thank s again, all love and be safe guys!!

We loved our stay at King’s Landing. Open concept of Living & kitchen set up is great for large group to stay connected. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group. One of our top stays in Hochatown!

Awesome cabin in good location
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was relatively clean and large. We wish it was all maser beds instead of bunk beds in the rooms. The bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that the size and accommodations were appropriate for our family& friend get away.

Relaxing Long Weekend
The property is beautiful and well maintained. The fountain in the pond was a nice touch. The grandkids enjoyed fishing in the pond even though the fish are small. I chose this property because every bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom except for two bedrooms that share a bath. This worked our perfectly for my family. The only downside was that the wi fi didn't work 75% of the time. I had visions of snuggling up with the family and watching movies on the one rainy day but were weren't able to access the streaming services. All in all it was a lovely weekend spent with my kids and grandkids. Thank you to the owners for sharing your cabin with us!
