「No words can describe the calmness that you feel when exiting the front door!! Lovely surroundings, super clean and convenient! They are super friendly and the owner left a wine and home made cookies for us! We are definitely coming back!!!」

「Location is good, near the centre, room clean and good (it is on different address), the host gave detailed instructions to check in, but the lights of the living room are regrettably dead during my short stay, pity pity! And no shower curtain, mirror too high in the bathroom, that's inconvenient!」

「入住前幾天就會收到住宿和周邊觀光的相關資訊，當天我們提早到apartment，聯絡host不到10分鐘就來幫我們辦check in，而且很親切地跟我們介紹環境，最棒的是還幫我們升級到更大的街景房。apartment內設備很齊全、乾淨又舒服，4號電車就直接停在apartment的門口！Check out後還可以寄放行李，離開時我們本來要坐電車、機場巴士到Zagreb機場，但host建議我們搭uber更方便、更便宜，最後還幫我們叫好uber，真的是很貼心，很愉快的住宿經驗，非常非常推薦！」

「The name states it all. This was luxury both due to the apartment and the location. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable and the location is perfect with everything being within walking distance. Definitely recommended for a visit to Zagreb.」

「The apartment is exactly as pictured. Great location but it is noisy in the evening as it is in the heart of the restaurant/bar scene. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but there is no coffee maker. There is a toaster, kettle, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher and fridge. The bathroom is large but the shower head is at waist height. The bed is firm. 」

「This was a charming studio that was well equipped and had a very firm but surprisingly comfortable bed. The tram runs right past the apartment but didn't keep us awake. It's an easy walk to restaurants and shopping and old town. Highly recommend it and Ivana is lovely and easy to work with as a host. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa zaza. We were slightly delayed because of our flight but with a quick message to let the owner know everything was arranged for when we arrived. Nada and her son gave us a tour of the villa when we first arrived and explained how things worked. The house is lovely, especially the living area with the glass windows that show the amazing views across the valley and towards the mountains. We had two children in our group and they loved the swimming pool...

「Nice and clean. Well situated to walk to upper and lower town. Lots of transportation options. Parking was close by at Weston Hotel. Parking is difficult everywhere in Zagreb so bc we just parked and walked. Apartment is on 3rd floor(4th really as the entrance is considered ground). Lots of winding stairs so travel light. Eduard was very nice and responsive. Nice place. 」

「Owner did not respond immediately and I didn't know how to get into the apartment causing me to panic. Also, it is on the 4th floor but the lights do not turn on automatically in the hall and stairs. The first night I had to use my phone to see up the stairs. There is a light at the bottom but the first day I didn't see it. Other places the lights have motion censors in the stairways.」
