"This is a basic rental. A bed in a room in the basement with a shared bathroom. Fortunately there were no other guests and I didn't have to share the bathroom. It's a 30 minute train ride from Frankfurt and a 20 minute walk from the station. Clean and quiet in a quiet suburb with outstanding wifi speed."

"Sollte ich dem/r Vermieter:in Unrecht tun, tut es mir sehr leid, aber … was hat es mit diesen offenen Türen auf sich? Egal wie oft ich die Haustüre geschlossen habe, kurz darauf war sie wieder offen. Ja, das gemietete Zimmer war abschließbar, wurde auch so genutzt, aber Vorort hin oder her, es war schon ein merkwürdiges Gefühl wenn die Wohnung 24/07 zugänglich ist und dich nur die Zimmertür von der Außenwelt trennt… und das im Erdgeschoss. Das war… höchst irritierend."

Allerdings ist es ein umgebautes Schwimmbad mir grossen Raumen ansich schön und mal etwas anderes allerdings schwierig was die Raumtemperaturen angeht. In der ersten von zwei nächsten hatten wir alle kalte Nasen im Bett und alle 2 Decken. Im Waschraum war es grundsätzlich kalt und an Duschen war nicht zu denken. "From being met by our host at the door before we even rang the bell to when we left this was the perfect last stop on our trip. The apartment is very large, beautifully decorated, and absolutely immaculate. We were flying late out of Frankfurt on our last day and the host offered to let us stay beyond check out time rather than us sitting at the airport. Staying here made the end of our travels as pleasant and easy as possible."

Listed as having “laundry facilities “, but offers only laundry services for a charge. No laundry area where we could do our own laundry. Very very expensive for us. This was one of the deciding factors to book at the Maritime. Good location for travel in the area!"
