SKI TO THE FRONT DOOR! TRUE SKI IN/SKI OUT!!!!!!

BEWARE! Many properties are claiming ski in/ski out when you have to get in and out of an elevator and/or then walk 100-200 yards to lift, or worst are a far walk across busy streets to and from the lifts or Gondola. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!

Peak 9 offers best ski in/ ski out access with the shortest walk to town, and The Cedars are the best location on Peak 9. My unit being right in front of the walk bridge, is the best location in the Cedars. No need for a car to go to restaurants. If you've tried to find parking in town, you know how valuable this is! plus you have to pay to park in town, so being able to walk everywhere becomes even more valuable!

Peak 8 properties are dependent on the gondola to get to and from town. The gondola runs till 6pm in summer and 5pm in winter, making it a very long walk back uphill if you go out to dinner There are a few Peak 8 properties lower down that are walkable to and from town. some have ski in access, but to ski out you will have to walk across a busy street to the Gondola to ski out. The Gondola at Breck isn't like most Gondola's where you can ski as soon as you get out. Here when you get out of the Gondola you have to walk about 70 yards to take the ski lift up.

Peak 7 is all Gondola dependent

Peak 9 Warriors Mark West Area . Many properties here are advertised as ski in ski out. You have to be an experienced skier to ski in, and is very dependent on snow conditions. For all but 3 or 4 properties, if you can ski in you have to walk up a very long steep flight of stairs the approximate equivalent of a 3-4 story building. It is not practical to walk to town from there.

I hope this information is helpful. I love skiing and want to give you the proper information so your stay is enjoyable regardless of where you stay. Feel free to contact me, even if its about another place your looking at. Like i said, I love skiing and will give you my honest opinion.

Remodeled front row Cedars Townhome #19. Right in front of walk bridge. 50 yards to ski rentals, lift tickets, Maggie restaurant, and ski school. Private, teen and adult ski lessons meet right in front of the townhome. Come home for lunch and watch your kids ski by from the living room or deck. There is a year-round stream right out front. 2 blocks to Main Street. Views of Baldy mountain.

We have plenty of sleds, and the sledding hill is less than 50 yards away. There is a community heated pool and spa 2 blocks away. You must also visit the Recreation Center. It has a kids pool with slide, lazy river, etc. It also has an adult lap pool, indoor and outdoor spas, indoor and outdoor tennis, indoor jogging track, skateboard park, rock climbing wall, etc, etc!

As the saying goes, you come for the winters and stay for the summers. Summer is truly incredible in Breckenridge. High temps of 70-75 degrees with no humidity! Right outside the door you have miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. The Blue River runs right thru town and is good for fly fishing, rafting, and rock climbing.

Entry level- has mud room for ski's and boots. Boot Dryers- 8 boots or 4 boots and 8 gloves.

Lower Level- master bedroom and bath with a king log bed. 55" smart T.V., folding 3x2 wood crib (crib sheets not provided), 2 car garage

Main level- has kitchen, living, dining, deck, bath, and bedroom with a queen log bed, and 48" smart T.V.
Living room has 48" smart T.V.
kitchen has all cooking needs, pancake skillet, waffle maker, crockpot, pressure cooker, Keurig, etc.

Loft level- has desk work area with pull out twin or hinged full bed under desk with 32" Roku smart T.V.

Upper level- has master bed and bath with king log bed and 48" smart T.V. and 4th bedroom with twin over queen log bunk bed with a pull out twin bed under bottom of queen bed. 50" Roku 4k smart T.V.
There is a full hallway bath across from bunk room. 2 person cedar infrared sauna in hallway.

T.V.'s and DVD/VCR's in all bedrooms and loft.

Comcast high speed internet

This condo was perfect. The location was great, walking distance to Main Street. It had games and puzzles for kids of all ages. We had grandparents, babies, and teens and everyone loved it. The host was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation
Wonderful place for a family vacation. Well appointed kitchen, lots of bedroom/bathroom choices to accommodate the group. Kids liked the games available. Entity development convenient and well maintained. One area that needs attention is that the dishwasher is not properly attached, and comes out if the bottom rack is pulled all the way out. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

This is the third time we have stayed in Cedars 19. You can’t beat the location and the townhouse is perfect for families. Well kept and has everything you need. Wonderful family ski vacation
Had a wonderful week in a great location with family. Fully-equipped, ideally located & roomy townhouse was perfect for our extended family that had three couples and three young children. Three generations shared this thoughtfully furnished and comfortable place that features walk right out and you are skiiing. The ski school was right there, along with the Quicksilver lift. Victor was a pleasure to coordinate with, very responsive, and proactive. Highly recommend.

The best ski in/ski out location EVER
Our 5 night stay was great. The condo was more than adequate for our family of 6. Amenities galore. The location adjacent to Quicksilver lift was perfect, along with downtown being walking distance. We didn't have a vehicle but really didn't need one. We ate dinner one night at Sauce on the Maggie per the owner's recommendation for less wait time (we made reservations though). But by far the best was being able to literally ski almost to the front door and not lugging skis for a long way. The boot warmers and glove warmers were great. We came in every day for lunch to thaw out which was so relaxing. The owner, Victor, was quick to respond on any questions. Bus stop is just across the street from the condo for Breckinridge free bus service. Just look at map for routes to take. City Market is nearby for groceries. Thanks Victor.

Perfect location!!
Location was awesome, right on the slope and a short walk to downtown. Sauna was nice after a day of skiing. Kitchen was stocked well and big enough to cook for a large crowd. Garage parking was nice, even though one of our vehicles was too large to fit. Enjoyed the outdoor patio with firepit. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Breckenridge next year!!!!

We stayed here in the summer with 6 teenagers and they loved the location. It was easy for them to walk to town and there was a little yard space for them to play football. Perfect family vacation
Cedars 19 is in the best location for the Quicksilver lift. It's a large townhome with room for a big family. The deck looks out over the lift with the mountains in the distance and it's just a beautiful place. Our 22 y.o. son shoveled the deck off with hopes of us all sitting out there enjoying the view. Unfortunately he couldn't talk the Florida folks into sitting out there in negative degree windchill. Hopefully next time we can do this! We had 7 adults in our party but the bed in the loft area would have made a perfect spot for more guests, especially younger children. Even our adult kids enjoyed the little hideaway for a nap:-) The beds were all really comfortable. There was a humidifier, which is great for those of us who aren't used to the dry weather. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware. There was even a waffle maker! The townhome also has a great selection of books, games, and puzzles.

Perfect location in Breckenridge to access town and the slopes
We took our family for the 4th of July and could not have been happier with our condo. It was well equipped with everything from pots and pans to games for the kids and we had a great view as well! They loved the “ski patrol” room and made it into a “fort” and a little get away from the adults. Victor was very accommodating and answered any questions quickly. Our kids want to go back and stay there during ski season because of the easy access to the slopes(right outside the door) and town. It’s a great spot!

Our extended family of cousins, aunts and uncles had a fantastic week at Cedars 19. The very large, comfortable townhouse is in the absolute best ski in/out location. Just walk out the front door, take 15 steps, click into your skis and 30 seconds later you’re at the Quicksilver lift. Great for both advanced and beginner skiers since the Quicksilver lift takes you to the expert Falcon lift. We had 10 adults and were comfortable. The kitchen was very well-stocked for preparing meals and gathering every evening. The location was so convenient that we even came back to the townhouse for lunch each day. The hot tub and heated pool one block away were both great too. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are coming back to Cedars 19 again next year!

I have been to Breck at least 9 times and stayed at several condo properties over the past 25yrs. This condo is the most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed. The description and pics especially about being ski in/ski out is absolutely spot on. You literally ski to within 20 feet of your front door, no joke. Main Street with its shops and restaurants is very easy & short walking distance. You don’t need a car staying in this condo. We did drive in from Louisiana and had a 2 car enclosed garage to house our suv and truck with access to general parking for our 3rd vehicle. Victor’s hospitality is truly stand out. From the well stocked kitchen (he has thought of everything) spacious living room with comfy sofas, plenty of seating, games for children and adults, comfy beds with crisp clean linens to the thoughtful extra touches like a high chair, crib, sleds for us all to enjoy, bikes, I could go on and on. We had my adult children and spouses & 2 grandchildren (ages three and five months). Everyone had space to play and rest. This condo is everyone’s favorite. Victor was super responsive to all my questions (and I had plenty) since we have not stayed in the Cedars complex before. I can tell the satisfaction he gets from making sure his guests are comfortable. He answered questions with a quick email and detailed explanations. When we return to Breck for more skiing this condo will be our first choice.

This property was everything it was described to be. 100% ski-in/ski-out. Great location on Peak 9 for access to trails for all skill levels. Easy walk to town for sightseeing, dining, etc. Comfortably housed 7 adults and 2 kids. Roomy kitchen for cooking for the family. Perfect location. Will absolutely book here again.

My family really enjoyed staying at this true Ski in, Ski out condo. This condo has great space for people to spread out between 3 levels but also a great space to gather to eat and play games. This condo has everything you need. Victor is very friendly and quick to respond if you have any questions. We loved this condo and the location. We would definitely stay here again!
